Send Bulk WhatsApp Message with Multi Account Rotation

Using WhatsApp for sending Bulk Message to multiple users (even not in the address book) or advertising messages is a good idea because it represents the fastest and most effective way to reach a large audience of people. However, it must be considered that when sending bulk messages it is inevitable to go and contact people who are not saved in your address book (they are “potential customers”) and whom you may have never contacted before.

Once you have a list of potential customers (phone numbers) you need to proceed carefully to avoid making mistakes. As happens when email marketing is done, also in Bulk WhatsApp Marketing there is the risk of spam reports, and if these reports are many, WhatsApp could ban your number (WhatsApp account).

The use of the program is really simple and intuitive. If you want to quickly send a message to a list of contacts (phone  numbers) the steps to follow are these:

  1. Click on the IMPORTS button to add or import the recipients’ phone number list (make sure there is the country code in front of each number)
  2. Write the message to send in the central box (you can also add attachments)
  3. Click on SEND and choose to send a message from a new session or from a WhatsApp account previously saved in the program. In the first case you will have to scan the QR code that appears in the browser window.

But how to send a message using multiple WhatsApp accounts in rotation? Very simple. From the home screen, click on the Accounts menu at the top. Then press the ADD button and in the window that opens give an indicative name to the account to add to the program

The Google Chrome window will open with the WhatsApp Web homepage and a QR code to scan. Grab your phone, open the WhatsApp app and go to Settings –> Connected Devices and scan the QR code.

Once scanned, the WhatsApp account will be stored in the program. Perform this add account operation for all your WhatsApp numbers. Once this is done, to send a mass message using all the saved accounts, the steps to follow will be as follows:

  1. Click on the IMPORTS button to add or import the recipients’ phone number list (make sure there is the country code in front of each number)
  2. Write the message to send in the central box (you can also add attachments)
  3. Click on SEND and in the window that appears select the Rotate between accounts option. Select the accounts to use in sending and the number of messages to send for each account before switching.

Finally press on Send Now and the program will proceed with the BULK Message Sending to all recipients using all the accounts in rotation.
